PALM Sunday see the beginning of Holy Week when we reflect on the passion of Jesus.

After three years of going where he wanted to, he is now lead along the path of death by others.

Palm Sunday derives its name from the palm branches that were waved by the crowds of people and strewn in the path of Jesus as he entered Jerusalem for the Passover riding on a donkey...

Nicodemus

God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that all those who believe shall not perish but have eternal life!" John 3:16
THIS is one of the best known verses in the bible and is a good summary of the Good News, giving us a clear presentation of the way of salvation.
It comes in the middle of Jesus first conversation with Nicodemus.

righteous anger

THE Gospel scene this morning depicts an angry Jesus with a whip in his hand.
This image of Jesus doesn’t sit well with our romanticised image of gentle Jesus, meek and mild.
It seems so out of character with what we know of Jesus
from the rest of the Gospels.

12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,
